We take an out-of-the-box, comprehensive approach to medicine focused on root-cause healing and prevention. Christine Harms DNP, FNP-BC
Dr. Christine has over 20 years of healthcare experience and holds a doctorate in nursing. She believes in root cause healing and prevention. Her knowledge and training in modern medicine allows her to individually guide each person to optimal wellness through a combination of modalities. She believes in focusing on full body healing and not just symptom management. Her goal is to educate you on complementary treatments that support your lifestyle.
Joann Larson, Aesthetician
Joann is a licensed aesthetician and client-focused professional who brings a wealth of experience in aesthetics, education, and wellness-centered skincare. Known for her warm approach and precise technique, she specializes in personalized treatments that nourish the skin and support overall well-being. She aligns with the integrative and holistic skin approaches we believe in at Rock Haven Health and Wellness, combining hands-on care with consultative insight and advanced, non-invasive modalities for lasting results.
Outside the treatment room, Joann is a proud mom of three, an indoor plant enthusiast, a semi-avid reader, and a lover of movement, whether that’s working out, walking her dog Daisy, or playing board games with her kids. She’s passionate about helping clients feel confident and cared for, inside and out.
Lindsey Cooke, CNTP
Lindsey is a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. She believes that our food and lifestyle choices hold the key to unlocking a vibrant, happy and disease-free life. Lindsey believes in a holistic approach that encompasses total mind-body wellness. She works with her patients to uncover the root cause of ailments and understands the importance of providing realistic, attainable step-by-step solutions. Lindsey is passionate about nutrition education for all ages and across various life-stages and circumstances; from nutrition for reaching optimal fitness, coping with disease, and even nutrition for fertility and conception.
